Liz is a qualified RSA and Pilates instructor with over 19 years experience teaching fitness to all ages and sizes, female and male alike. 

KingsFishers has insurance cover and a PPL licence for playing music to the general public.  We are based in Rainham, Kent offering fitness to people within the general area of Rainham, Gillingham, Hempstead, Walderslade, Chatham, Bredhurst and Sittingbourne.  Liz has run classes as far afield as Tonbridge and Dartford and even at conferences in the USA .

Our aim is to encourage newcomers to feel welcome, so bring a friend or come and meet new ones. We want to help you to achieve Total Fitness in a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You’ll be exercising in a safe and effective way, but you’ll be having so much fun you won’t realise you’re working out!! We cater for intermediate and beginners, so don’t be shy; come and give us a try!!! You don’t have to take exercise seriously, just regularly. With a little sweat and motivation, you can make it happen!!!
